Rent Collection & Resident Portal

We use Baselane to help residents securely manage rent payments online. Follow these steps to activate your account, review your rent, and make a payment.

New resident? Please use the invitation link sent by Baselane via email or text message before trying to sign in. Do not register through Baselane’s general website.

STEP 01

Open your invitation

Find the official Baselane invitation sent to your email or phone. Follow that link to create a password (or use Google with the invited Gmail address).

STEP 02

Verify your account

Confirm your name and verify your US mobile phone number using the text-message code. Then review your lease, monthly rent, and due date.

STEP 03

Add a payment method

In the tenant portal, open Payment Methods and select Add New Payment Method. Link a bank account securely, enter bank details manually, or add a debit or credit card.

STEP 04

Pay rent or set up Auto Pay

Review your rent invoice, choose your payment method, and submit or schedule payment. You can enable Auto Pay for future rent and view payment history in the portal.

Questions & payment information

Bank transfer (ACH): The fee is waived when rent is collected into a Baselane banking account. For an external receiving account, a $2 ACH fee may apply, depending on who covers it.

Debit or credit card: Baselane lists a 3.49% processing fee. Check the total before confirming a payment.

Manually linked bank: Verification may take 1–2 business days before you can schedule rent.
